A 2-day course designed to empower and educate women. The focus of this series is to learn and practice methods that may decrease the likelihood of becoming a victim through education as well as the use of physical techniques.

instructor: Vinson Holck is a 20-year law enforcement veteran and Police Defensive Tactics Training Instructor. He has over 49 years of martial arts experience and holds multiple black belt ranks. He has been a Womens Self-Defense Instructor for 20 years.

INSTRUCTOR: Frank Solis, Jr. is a 30-year law enforcement veteran and Academy Instructor. He has over 32 years of martial arts experience and holds multiple black belt ranks. He has been a Womens Self-Defense instructor for 12 years.

INSTRUCTOR: Sue Solis is a black belt instructor with over 12 years martial arts experience. She has been a Womens Self-Defense Instructor for 12 years.
Please wear comfortable clothing! (preferably sweatpants and a t-shirt).
Physical activity will be involved. Under 18 ys. requires written parental consent.
